A Simple Rescue

A simple ‘rescue’, as in helping an earthbound soul to cross over to the light (heaven, if you prefer), is easily done when the soul is willing and ready.  This can happen as soon I am made aware of the entity.  Becoming aware can happen many ways.

Ghosts can just come to my notice, cognitively or by a feeling, such as, that I’m being watched.  It can be because I am told by someone about what they are experiencing.  Sometimes, someone will talk about a recent death or funeral that they know about and are compelled to bring it up in conversion.  All of these methods and more allow me to know about the soul in difficulties. Then I can bring them into my thoughts and, in my mind mostly, talk them into going to the light.

To help, I reassure the deceased that they are going to be met by family or friends and that they won’t be judged, other than by themselves, when they cross over.  In this they will review their lives candidly so that they can know what went well and where there is more work and learning to do.  I assure them that they don’t need to stay on the earth to try to complete projects or to look after people who were important to them.  I explain to them that they will still be able to help those who are left behind, but, first, they must rest and become familiar with their new existence.  Most are ready and willing to go because they have become frustrated and dejected at being ignored, so it takes little effort on my part to help.

You may ask why do we need to help, in this situation, why doesn’t God or spirit help them instead and it’s a fair question. My belief is, firstly, that every soul on the earth-plane, alive or in spirit (but still earthbound) has free will.  Angels and guides can help souls to cross over when they are willing, as at the moment of death when, thankfully, most us go.  The exceptions are the souls who don’t go at the moment of death, for whatever reason.  Spirit can’t go against their free will.

Spirit do still help an earthbound by guiding them, when they are ready, to someone living who has learnt how to help. An earthbound soul still has a guardian angel looking after them and as soon as a soul asks for help, their guardian angel and spirit family will collude to find a way to get the help they need.  The second point and reason they need help from a living person is that energy is needed to facilitate the crossing.  A person about to pass ordinarily uses the last energy from their expiring body to facilitate their crossing but, when that doesn't happen, extra help is, then, required.

So, people like me are needed because we have free will and can use it to enlighten, encourage, persuade, cagoule, even bully (if necessary) these souls to cross over.  And, we can and are able to supply the energy that is needed.

Note;
This can be exhausting where a number of souls are helped to crossover at the same time.  An afternoon nap is often called for to restore the decorum of the helpful facilitator.

Sleep Paralysis and the White Armed Girl.

Sleep paralysis is a well documented phenomenon, in psychology and psychiatry circles, with, as yet (as far as I am aware), uncertain causes.   There can, as with most things relating to our minds, be many reasons and it is certainly feasible that some are yet to be discovered and categorised.  One of these that, I believe, is a cause but is not generally accepted currently, lies in the sphere of spiritual (as in, ghost’s) interference. I am as certain as any rational person can be, that one of the reasons for sleep paralysis is caused by ghosts trying to take over another living human being’s physical body.  I believe this because, for a number of years, I experienced this phenonium and intrusion into my own sleep-time.  While I never could become comfortable with the experience, I, at least, had some grasp of what was happening and definitely learned what to do about it and the entities responsible.  I can only have empathy with other people, who are ...

The First Experience and The First Rescue.

I think I was thirty-seven when I saw a ghost for the first time.   I tell people I was normal before that :-) It’s possible that I have seen them before that but I have no previous recollection of it happening.   Anyway, this first one was vivid, unusual and, I feel, was meant to be very memorable. Everyone was already asleep the night I had the experience.   It was in the early part of a mid-week night and, I know, I had been sound asleep.   I had busy days usually, so had no problem falling, very quickly, to sleep at night.   I rarely awoke until morning either, so it was unusual that I awoke on this particular night and I cannot remember being disturbed by any sound or event.
