Sleep Paralysis and the White Armed Girl.
Sleep
paralysis is a well documented phenomenon, in psychology and psychiatry circles,
with, as yet (as far as I am aware), uncertain causes. There can, as with most things relating to
our minds, be many reasons and it is certainly feasible that some are yet to be
discovered and categorised. One of these
that, I believe, is a cause but is not generally accepted currently, lies in
the sphere of spiritual (as in, ghost’s) interference.
I am as
certain as any rational person can be, that one of the reasons for sleep
paralysis is caused by ghosts trying to take over another living human being’s
physical body. I believe this because,
for a number of years, I experienced this phenonium and intrusion into my own
sleep-time. While I never could become
comfortable with the experience, I, at least, had some grasp of what was
happening and definitely learned what to do about it and the entities
responsible. I can only have empathy with
other people, who are having, or have had, similar experiences, but with no concept of what is
going on or what to do about it. It is a scary and unpleasant experience.
In all of
the occasions where I have endured this intrusion, I was, initially, asleep
and dreaming. Sometimes the dream was
relevant to what was happening but, more often, there was no connection. When I awoke, realising I was being attacked
this way, my mind was immediately alert but, like everyone else (I have been told)
suffering sleep paralysis, I couldn’t move any part of my body for a time. I naturally awoke in fear of course, I was
being attacked after all, but learned, early on, to immediately
change that fear too anger. So, in my
mind, I proceeded to swear blue murder at the being that had the audacity to invade
my body and with this as my intention I, without exception, expelled the misguided
ghost.
Towards the
end of the period of years I endured this experience, I was asleep one night
and had the occurrence once again. I was
brought out of deep sleep to the state between awake and asleep and I watched
my soul body’s upper torso rise up reach out and grab a slim girl’s arm (all I
could see was her hand and most of her arm) between her wrist and elbow while,
in my mind, bluntly telling her she was not allowed to do that. I knew my physical body wasn’t involved
because I still couldn’t move it. I then,
reasonably quickly, calmed down and apologised to the girl for reacting so
quickly and aggressively and, then, told her I would now help and proceeded to
guide her to the light.
The next day
I told a ‘medium’ friend, who had the ability to tune in to the same souls, when
they were in the light (heaven), about my dream and subsequent experience. The feed-back, she gave me (from this
particular ghost) was that she was happy now where she was and happy that I had
helped her but wanted to know why was I so rough with her. Go figure!
I realise
this seems a simple ‘rescue’ and quick, to do, and so it is. The whole procedure from my rude awakening to
going back to sleep was probably about fifteen minutes.
Note;
What happened,
each time I had had this occurrence, always followed a similar format to what I
am hoping to adequately describe here. I
am referring to my own experiences for this because I know it was caused, to me,
by ghosts. It is probable that my
experiences may not be what causes sleep paralysis for most people but, I feel,
it’s a possibility worth considering. As
I said earlier, there must be multiple reasons for sleep paralysis.
Most humans,
with a belief in the afterlife, will acknowledge that we have a soul which
inhabits our physical body and that our souls return to some version of heaven
(which varies because of different beliefs), when the time comes and our bodies
have ceased to function. People, who believe in a creator, generally accept this, although no-one can, as yet, prove the
concept.
To comply
with what I am attempting to describe to you, I ask you to liken your body with a
vehicle, a car, and see your soul as the owner and driver of your body (or
vehicle). Your body and soul are a
partnership, to the exclusion of all others.
But, when our soul isn’t using our body, as when we sleep, then the body
is parked and vacated, so our soul (the driver), not needing sleep, can go
elsewhere to do other things, astral travelling or the like.
Should
another soul see the vacated body and attempt to take control, an alarm is
activated in the body which is transmitted to the soul (via the silver cord,
which is reputed to connect the soul to its body (I don’t dispute it, something
definitely alarms our souls)). This
connecting cord can be seen by some gifted clairvoyant mediums.
The owner
always, ultimately, wins, except in rare cases where there is a weakness or
tear in the persons aura.
These rare
cases can then become a temporary possession, as in most cases of drunkenness,
or a permanent possession, where the damage to the persons aura allows another
soul permanent residence. Neither of
these are good scenarios for the victim.
Previous stories elaborate on possessions.
I do not
know why these experiences stopped happening to me. Possibly, I had learned all I needed to know,
as too how real it is or, perhaps, I choose this as a way of paying off karmic
debts created in other lifetimes.
I am hoping that by publicising
my experiences of sleep paralysis, others will learn from it and take heart
that there is a reason, if not an immediate solution, to their own challenges
with this occurrence.
