A Ghost at Wybung Head.

A friend invited me to go bush-walking, at Frazer Beach, one pleasant day, just recently. This become an adventure that I was not expecting but, on reflection, the warning signs were evident enough for me to anticipate that there would be more to do than just go for a casual bush-walk. The first warning sign was that I was delayed, somewhat, in finding the carpark where we were to meet up. Then I found what I suspected was her vehicle (we had travelled from different directions) but could see no sign of my friend. The next problem was I could get no telephone signal so couldn’t call her. I knew there was another carpark some distance away so I set off there hoping I would find her there but with no luck. On the way back to the original carpark she rang me and got through because I happened to be in a high area where signal was available. We established where to meet and I eventually arrived very, very late. Being late always puts me on edge and is a tactic used by spirit, I bel...

Sleep Paralysis and the White Armed Girl.

Sleep paralysis is a well documented phenomenon, in psychology and psychiatry circles, with, as yet (as far as I am aware), uncertain causes.   There can, as with most things relating to our minds, be many reasons and it is certainly feasible that some are yet to be discovered and categorised.  One of these that, I believe, is a cause but is not generally accepted currently, lies in the sphere of spiritual (as in, ghost’s) interference. I am as certain as any rational person can be, that one of the reasons for sleep paralysis is caused by ghosts trying to take over another living human being’s physical body.  I believe this because, for a number of years, I experienced this phenonium and intrusion into my own sleep-time.  While I never could become comfortable with the experience, I, at least, had some grasp of what was happening and definitely learned what to do about it and the entities responsible.  I can only have empathy with other people, who are ...

The First Experience and The First Rescue.

I think I was thirty-seven when I saw a ghost for the first time.   I tell people I was normal before that :-) It’s possible that I have seen them before that but I have no previous recollection of it happening.   Anyway, this first one was vivid, unusual and, I feel, was meant to be very memorable. Everyone was already asleep the night I had the experience.   It was in the early part of a mid-week night and, I know, I had been sound asleep.   I had busy days usually, so had no problem falling, very quickly, to sleep at night.   I rarely awoke until morning either, so it was unusual that I awoke on this particular night and I cannot remember being disturbed by any sound or event. When I did awake, from whatever position I was sleeping in, my eyes eventually adjusted to the gloom, enough to see around me and, as I scanned the bedroom, I realised there was someone sitting on the foot of the bed on my side.   I took this in, in wonderment, and as my ...

Flying High and the Ghost With No Patience.

It’s a long flight from Ireland to Australia and vice-versa, one leg is over thirteen hours and most people, including myself, try to get some sleep, even if only briefly, during the flight.   I make a practice of doing some stretching and, also, attempt to meditate for a while too. During one flight, while I was hoping to meditate or sleep, and most other people were settling down, too, or already asleep, I happened to open my eyes and, as I glanced across to the right-hand aisle, I saw a stewardess stooped over, appearing to be attending to someone’s needs, about six seats forward of the row where I was seated.   I was on the left aisle.   I watched for a moment and, as I did, I watched her gradually fade away. It was similar to the effect of slowly turning down the contrast control on a television set. She didn’t change position nor turn around, she just gradually disappeared.   The passenger she was supposedly attending to was asleep and none the wiser and ...

The Hedge Witch

I’m writing this story because I liked the older lady who, first living, then in spirit, continued to inhabit a small connecting room, which was probably a garret in an earlier construction of Sharon House (mentioned in a previous story, “Four Failures”).   I liked the woman because she was fearless and irreverent but was, also, comfortable enough to listen to what I was proposing to her on this evening. In the current layout of the house (if I remember correctly) this room is now a go-between, with bedrooms on one side and further rooms and a stairwell on the other side.   The residents of the house, it was revealed, never felt at ease in this space, choosing to skip through the room as quickly as possible, when it was necessary to be in that part of the house. As before in Sharon House, the ladies from our psychic development circle were present as we proceeded with this ‘clearing’ and, so, I was afforded the benefit of feedback, via their mediumship skills, from th...

Four Failures.

I have been doing ‘rescues’ and ‘clearings’ for almost twenty-five years, sometimes daily and, sometimes, a number per day.   As time has gone by, I become more proficient and more knowledgeable in my ability to help Earth-bound souls to cross-over and reunite with their families in heaven (the light).   The guides and helpers who embarked on this journey with me have increased in number, power and ability too, to the extent that I know I am able to help souls from different cultures, help souls trapped (on Earth) by old or ancient hexes and curses, and help souls who have been trapped by their own vows and beliefs.   The spirit guides, who help me, have become so able that, sometimes, they have the job done before I ever get around to it.   I used to wonder would I, and others who do ‘rescues’, become redundant eventually.   This is not going to be the case though, because of two necessary ingredients that the living provides for the task.   These are; t...
